A colourful old-world bloom, the oleander is rooted in romance. A tale as old as time tells a charming story of everlasting love in which the oleander came to be – a truly fitting name for such a whimsical home.

Character filled and exceptionally cosy, but also with arguably one of the best views our area has to offer! You'll be one of very few to enjoy a sweeping view of almost every element our region is famous for. Lush farmlands, nestled between native gums and the rolling hills of Willunga, seamlessly become steep ochre cliffs – which curve right around to the insta famous 'Blanche Point' & 'Gull Rock'. Plus, of course sparkling blue water as far as the eye can sea.

But don't let your high vantage point and the cliffs fool you. Beach access is only 350m away with an easy-peasy 4-minute stroll/1-minute drive to the end of the road and down gulf parade to the beach carpark.

In summer, there is no doubt you'll spend hours perched on the expansive deck basking in vitamin D and soaking in that view. But best of all no matter the season you can make the most of the breath-taking scenery – with large windows framing your view from every room upstairs.

Enjoy a perfect combination of old and new, with all the character of the original home preserved plus a harmonious integration of the necessary modern creature comforts. There is plenty to keep you entertained when you're not out and about. Not only are there two plush living spaces with large smart TVs, all three bedrooms have their own smart TV – the two downstairs even have a dedicated workspace. But if you're in need a of a little tech detox you'll love exploring the quaint garden, going for a hit of table tennis or getting into one of the many board games.

A teensy coastal town that's home to some of the best views, quaint little ol' Maslin Beach is very close-knit with only 1,200 or so lucky enough to call it home. There are no shops in the suburb itself, but that's one of the main reasons why we love it - the pinnacle of peace & quiet. However, you'll find everything you need and more in neighbouring suburbs (Moana, Seaford, Port Willunga& Aldinga Beach) which are only a few minutes' drive away.
