Pricing
Realestateworld.com.au reserves the right to change its prices at any time.
Advertised pricing is in Australian Dollars unless stated to the contrary.
The Customer will pay realestateworld.com.au the fees set forth on this and subsequent pages for the report ordered. Payment will be made in accordance with payment instructions. All such fees, when paid, are non-refundable, even if the Customer stops using the Report for any reason.
Unless stated to the contrary, pricing referred to for any goods or services supplied are stated inclusive of GST. GST means the Australian goods and services tax charged under A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 ("Act").
Refund Policy
Realestateworld.com.au are committed to providing our customers with the best products and service.
Realestateworld.com.au will refund the purchase price in full in the following circumstances only:
- If realestateworld.com.au is satisfied that you received a report you did not order we will refund the purchase price in full;
- If realestateworld.com.au is satisfied that the report is materially defective. However if you believe the report to be materially defective you must bring this to the attention of realestateworld.com.au and return the report within 48 hours of purchase.
Delivery of Reports
All reports purchased from us are delivered via the Internet and Email and accordingly the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon your computer receiving the report.
