Stay in the heart of Shoal Bay, Port Stephens in Shoal Bay sub penthouse which has two allocated garage car spaces as well as a separate secure boat storage. The extra storage shed is perfect for those who bring along their own water sports and want a secure area for your jet ski or boat throughout your stay. (Approx. 10m x 3m)

The sub penthouse is perfect for a large family with three bedrooms which can sleep up to 7 guests. The master bedroom has a King bed and an ensuite with spa bath, all bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, the main bathroom also features a bath and there is also a powder room.

The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, electrical stove and a dishwasher. For your comfort all year-round the penthouse has ducted air-conditioning throughout.

You will enjoy the Seabreeze with your large sun filled entertaining area which features an undercover shade umbrella, outdoor setting and BBQ.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

PLEASE NOTE: Our properties are not serviced and unless specified otherwise DO NOT INCLUDE LINEN, TOILETRIES, CLEANING PRODUCTS OR PANTRY STAPLES.

You can check in anytime between the hours of 2PM and 5PM on Weekdays and between 2PM to 4PM on Saturdays. If you were unable to meet these times or are checking in on a Sunday or Public Holiday, we do have an after hours service in which we can provide to you. If you require this service, please inform one of the members at LJ Hooker Nelson Bay prior to your day of arrival. Your security Bond will need to be paid prior to your arrival in these cases.
