In the early 1890s the stables building was used as a schoolhouse by the Salvation Army and then as the Quarter Master's store during the occupation by the Department of Defence from 1942 as part of the Yeronga Military hospital. In 1998, the land was sold to a developer who built the two cul-de-sacs and sold the land in Lots.
