House description
“Big House, Big Block, Big Opportunity!”
What an amazing opportunity awaits the lucky Buyer of this classic Pemberton home on a large floorplan. Built back in circa 1959 on the old the old quarter acre home site when large homes on large blocks were all the rage! This would be ripe for subdivision being zoned R20 or maybe you want to retain the old house with large corner block or subdivide and build on the back block. Or maybe you want somewhere to escape to on the weekends or how about investment? There is a huge demand for rentals at the present time here in Pemberton with demand outstripping supply pushing rental income up. There are so many options here.
With a spacious kitchen (room for a dining setting) and great sized family room and each of the three bedrooms are well-sized and offer ample natural light through their large windows, two of which have built in robes. There is a god sized pantry from the kitchen. The backyard features a generous sized shed which is ideal for additional storage or maybe even use as your own private workshop. Street access is from Robinson Street.
Disclaimer: Please note subdivision will need to be obtained from the Shire of Manjimup. This does not imply that Subdivision is guaranteed and you will need to carry out your own due diligence. We suggest you contact the Manjimup Shire for more details.

“Great country town with a village atmosphere”
I have lived and worked in Pemberton since 2007. It’s a friendly close-knit town with a village feel, making it a great place to bring up kids. We have two schools and it’s not uncommon to see kids walking or cycling to school given the safe environment that we live in. Equally if you are looking for somewhere to retire to you would be hard pressed to find a better place in the Southwest of WA where you can take it easy and watch life go by a gentle pace. The main Street has changed in the past few years with trendy Cafés, wine bar, whiskey bar as well as our traditional pub. Venture just outside of town and enjoy the wineries and most of all our majestic Karri Forests. Plenty of trails by foot, horse or mountain bike, in fact there is a world class mountain bike trail park. What’s not too like about Pemberton. Always happy to answer any questions about Pemberton if you are thinking of moving here.
