This cosy cottage is very much loved by its owners and is in fact one of their favourite homes they've lived in. it is nicely tucked away in the East Orange precinct and is not too far at all from popular coffee spots in Bill's Beans or Nile Street Café and is also an easy walk to the CBD. The updated cottage feels warm and inviting with its natural timber floorboards in the hallway and painted timber wall panels. There are two spacious bedrooms both with built-ins and the second bedroom has a lovely fireplace with mantle. The large living area has a woodfire and split system for year-round comfort and there is a dining area off the kitchen. The bathroom is nicely updated and there is a separate toilet. The real hero of the backyard and a beloved favourite feature of the owner is the big double shed with high roller doors which is a fantastic man cave, she shed or teen retreat complete with woodfire plus another shower and toilet.
