Welcome to "The Beach Lounge" a very highly appointed, yet homely beach house, built in 2017 by Evermore Homes from Brisbane.

These builders are renowned for their picturesque Hampton's Style Homes and this one has been designed and created by a Brisbane couple, whose vision was for a "home reminiscent of the quintessential Aussie beach shack - low set with character features, such as linear boards, raised decks and a tin roof". It has been their much loved holiday home with many memories of fun family times, but sadly it is time to move on.
Wow - what a wow factor this one shouts !!

You will fall in love with this gorgeous home from the moment you step inside the barn style front door. A wide entry welcomes you into a haven anchored by Prestige engineered oak flooring, topped with soaring white ceilings & bordered by VJ panelled walls, lined with black & white prints of beach scenes from days gone by. A generous media room or second living space, immediately off the entry, sets the scene for family movie nights or a space to relax and unwind. Feel the cooling ocean breezes and smell the salty air as you progress past 2 minor bedrooms and an ensuited guest room into the main living spaces.
This is when you gasp with excitement, as your eyes scan the informal alcove dining space, built-in study nook, generous lounge room with fireplace & built-in daybeds, the formal dining and the kitchen. It is so cliche, but wow, wow, wow !!

The kitchen warrants special mention as a place where at least 6 people can sit around the expansive Silestone Quartz Cemento island bench and watch the waves breaking on Kingscliff beach at your back gate.
In the owner's own words, "I wanted a white kitchen, but one with character, so we added timber shelving and VJ door fronts with antique half shell knobs. The real splurge was the Steel Ascot upright range gas cooktop, which is a freestanding vintage-style oven with antique brass finishes". Woven Belle pendant lights drop from the vaulted, panelled ceiling & hang low over the benchtop, exuding a spacious yet casual, beachy feel.
Step outside to the back patio with built-in bench seating & a casual lounge setting where you can enjoy your morning coffee and read the newspaper, or just muse at the waves breaking on the sand.
Again, the increased height of the vaulted, VJ panelled ceiling brings in more views and gives loads of natural light to the home. This is ideal for poolside lounging.
The master bedroom is a feast for the eyes. It boasts views across the pool to the sand and dunal greenspace beyond. Drift off to sleep to the sounds of the ocean, as you feel the cool breezes wash over you.
His and hers walk-in robes & a bespoke ensuite with Silestone Cemento Spa double vanity tops, Portsea basin taps in antique bronze, floor to ceiling feature tiling & wall mounted lighting complete this breathtaking master suite.
