Estate Agents Co operative is the largest real estate co operative in Australia, servicing over 1,400 real estate and property related businesses on a daily basis. EAC offers a wide range of cost effective products and services that meet the needs of today’s real estate professional, allowing a higher level of service to their customers.

As the name implies, EAC is a co-operative of real estate agents that was formed in Sydney in 1960 to exchange information about properties for sale. It is similar to other real estate co-operatives around the world.

From humble beginnings, when EAC comprised of just seven members, the co-operative has grown to a membership of more than 500 member offices across New South Wales. Today, it includes local suburban offices and franchisees from all the major franchise groups.

In recent years EAC has evolved as a premium service provider to the real estate and property industry and we now provide a range of solutions to over 1,400 Real Estate offices, Valuation businesses and government departments throughout Australia.
